Ⅴ. Advantages of Mixing Granulator:
1. Our mixing granulator was jacket pan, which can heat or cool the material easily. We polish the surface of the pan and we do not polish the inside of the jacket, so we can insure the high precision of the pan; as a result, space between the agitator and pan bottom is only 1 mm which makes the agitating more evenly. But other mixing granulator with single pan does not have these functions.
2. Our agitator is Z-shape agitator that has been researched many years, it can reduce the centrifugal force of different materials, so that we can make the agitating more evenly.
3. The shape of pan shape is trough type that can easily return the material back to the middle of the pan for agitating; this also makes the agitating more evenly.
4. We use double speed motor with timer belt that can adjust the running speed of agitator and chopper in an efficient way.
5. For shaft seal, we use air sealing and machinery sealing, so it’s not possible pollute these materials in the pan.
6. Our machines can increase the fluidity and mobility in a great deal which makes the capsule filling and tablet pressing easier. There are also many other advantages which you can see the operation of our mixing granulator.
